(New York, NY - June 3, 2026) - New York based women's ready to wear designer, Frederick Anderson, presented his latest collection, Resort 2027, at his new retail location, Printemps New York on June 2nd. The 24-look collection's inspiration is "a night in Careyes" - the ultra luxe resort village in Mexico.

"My resort collection is an uplifting one perfect for a trip away, or to wear during the holidays in New York," said Anderson. Textures and shape, as always, take center stage as I am inspired by a modern take on shapes from Slim Aarons' take on the Mayan Riviera in his iconic photographs of Acapulco."

Collection highlights include, the main print for the season, a cactus flower, on silk fabric made in the Italian hand painted tradition layering multiple prints atop of one another to create a woven 3-D effect.

A Mexican terra cotta color palette becomes present in Anderson's signature tweeds and creates a raffia look. There are gowns in chartreuse and a bold red. The closing gown is a couture piece sewing long vinyl sequins on the bias to create a winging effect around the body.
