CHANEL CONTINUES ITS PATRONAGE OF THE PARIS OPERA

CHANEL is deeply connected to the arts of Paris. From the days of Gabrielle Chanel to now, this connection will soon transform the Paris Opera. The French Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati, announced Nouvel Air, Nouvelle Ère, (New Air, New Era), a grand endeavor involving the renovation of all four sites of the Paris Opera: the Palais Garnier, the Opéra Bastille, the Dance School in Nanterre and the Ateliers Berthier.

With the full support and patronage of CHANEL, the program is set to begin in 2027, reaffirming and transforming the historical significance of CHANEL and the Paris Opera while also extending and elevating the cultural legacy of the city of Paris.
