Introducing Mitty: The Revolutionary Reusable Skincare Tool Transforming Beauty Routines

Meet Mitty, your reliable facial cloth friend! Founded by Amanda McIntosh under the Take My Face Off brand, these reusable cleansing cloths are great for not only removing makeup, but also cleansing your skin. The revolutionary, eco-friendly Mitty is sure to become a staple in your skincare routine, and here’s why!

For starters, the Mitty works great with all kinds of skincare liquids. Whether it’s cleansers, toners, or makeup removers, the Mitty pairs perfectly with your skincare products. By using the Mitty, you can expect to use less of your cleansers and toners than you would using a regular cotton pad. This is because the Mitty absorbs less fluids so that more can soak into your skin’s surface.

The Mitty was designed to be incredibly functional. These soft, reusable cloths are delicate on your skin, while removing all makeup or dirt in a non-abrasive way. The Mitty also features a pointed tip which is great for removing stubborn eye makeup after a night out. It’s designed with durability as well—these Korean polyester cloths release stains and can be thrown in the washing machine after thousands of uses and still remain ultra soft.

Not only is the Mitty functional, but it’s also cute and compact. Its unique shape saves storage space and eliminates the hassle of having multiple products. The Mitty 4-Piece Set is equivalent to a staggering 12,000 cotton balls, 8,000 wipes, and 48 reusable makeup rounds.

Take My Face Off was kind enough to send me the Mitty 4-Piece Set and Mitty Pout, their collaboration with lip artist Vlada Haggerty. As an avid makeup wearer, I was excited to put my Mittys up to the ultimate task of taking off my makeup. I started off using a cleansing balm to break down my makeup. Then, I used a damp Mitty to wipe off all the makeup, dirt, and oil. The Mitty was not abrasive or harsh on my skin, and was gentle enough around my eyes. Secondly, I applied my cleanser to a damp Mitty and gently massaged the product into my face, making a rich lather. Lastly, I applied my favorite toner to a dry Mitty and patted it onto my skin. I was so impressed by how little product I had to use. Usually, I use a cotton pad to apply my toner and using a Mitty made me realize how much of my toner was being absorbed and wasted by cotton pads. For lips, I used coconut oil along with the Mitty Pout to take off my stubborn red lip. I followed up with a sugar scrub to exfoliate any dead skin and wiped off the excess using the Mitty Pout.

I loved how versatile Mittys are and how I can use them for every step of my skincare routine. This ultra reliable and reusable cloth is a game-changer in the world of skincare. With its innovative and eco-friendly design, you’ll be saying goodbye to wasteful disposables and hello to the reusable Mitty.
