PB Approved: Bedrock Filled With Vegan Ingredients Which Are Wonderful For Your Skin

Having healthy skin is a step closer to gaining confidence. An important attribute for healthy skin is the beauty products you use, as well as the ingredients that are put in them. Sometimes it is hard to analyze every ingredient that is used to create beauty products, leaving us to put products on to our skin that could be harmful. Natural ingredients are key to treating your skin in a healthy way. When I discovered the brand Bedrock, I noticed how environmentally friendly, cruelty-free they are, and all of their products contain with vegan ingredients, which are wonderful for your skin.

Bedrock was created in California when @rachelwernet had a flash of desperation when it came to an angry armpit rash. She developed an idea to solve all of the annoying skin issues with zinc, oxide, and plant superpowers. After much research, Rachel emerged with skin barrier staples that are plant-based and powered by zinc oxide.

When I first received my package from Bedrock in the mail, I was beyond excited. I received a Fresh Stick, which is a mineral & matcha green tea deodorant, a Bedrock Balm, and a Porefector. These products are packaged in biodegradable paper tubes, which made me even more excited knowing for sure these products are environmentally friendly. I was looking forward to trying out each of these products individually and seeing the results.

The first product I tried, the Porefector, is used primarily for blemishes, blackheads, blurring pores, or ingrowns. It is concentrated with 30% zinc oxide, which helps to tackle blemishes, even skin tone, minimize pores, detox impurities, and calm redness on your skin so your complexion is glowing with confidence. When I applied this product, I made sure my skin was clean and dry. I then applied the Porefector directly to the blemishes on my skin and blended it in. I then layered some moisturizer of my own, to the area I applied the Porefector. The natural ingredients create a concentrated product, which will last a pretty long time.

After applying the Porefector, I tried the Bedrock Balm, which is Bedrock’s most popular skin barrier product. It is made from natural, non-toxic ingredients that are gentle and sensitive to all skin types, including children. To apply this product, simply massage it onto clean, dry skin, either your face or body. You can apply it daily, morning and night. Not only does this balm deliver a lasting impact for daily use, but it can also be used to treat bug bites, cuts & scrapes, cold sores, chafing, eczema, razor bumps, redness, and more. All of these are natural things our skin goes through and I’m so glad I have a reliable product to help treat these skin problems when I need it.

The last product I tried was Bedrock’s newest product, the Fresh Stick. I was impressed with this product, and it turned out to be my favorite. I have never seen or tried a matcha green tea deodorant, and I was intrigued. This product is free of baking soda, aluminum, alcohols, fragrance, parabens, and salts, and is perfect for sensitive skin. I am selective with the deodorants I use because my skin is  sensitive, but for me this product blew me away. There is no aluminum antiperspirant inside of this product, which blocks sweat ducts, and that is important for many people with sensitive skin. The plant-based product combats sweat and impurities with ingredients such as matcha green tea and 22% zinc oxide, which help to soothe redness and bumps, keeping the skin super soft.

The products I have tested were not only good for my skin, but they also made me feel confident, knowing I was using natural, healthy ingredients. Confidence is so important when it comes to skin and beauty care. Not only are these products environmentally great, but they also deliver fascinating results and their prices are low as well. With a range between $15-$60 they can be yours, and you can feel the confidence every person should feel in their own skin. I will continue to use the Bedrock products, and I’m excited to follow along with this brand’s journey and continue trying its new products in the future.
